My name is Gary Wilson and I help leaders see their full potential. For example, I’ve mentored managers to improve staff engagement and increase performance, I’ve helped managers gain the skills necessary to hire and retain A players, and I’ve helped individuals build their leadership skills to promote from entry level managers up to general managers. In my current role, I am responsible for staffing, motivating, leading, and retaining a team in a high risk, $50+ million-dollar location. I also handle all aspects of talent management including team member yearly reviews, goal plan, merit increases, and performance discussions for over 200 team members. One aspect of my career that I thoroughly enjoy is coordinating and attending community and volunteer events in the bay area. I’ve organized community events in partnership with volunteers from the local community, from serving at food banks to helping re-build elementary schools. I truly discovered my true passion of helping my community and fellow team members. This is what opened the door to my most fulfilling career move yet- Human Resources Manager! It comes natural to train, mentor and lead any team I support. I expect to support the team in my all my actions and strive to be the best team possible!
